Penrith Wild Play Days
Free family fun days, brought to you by Penrith Town Council & Stomping Ground!
In three locations, on three different Friday’s, find the crew and join in!
Between 11am and 2pm, you will be able to have a play with games and crafts. Each event features interesting partners to provide variations in music and activities.
About the Event
Friday 31st July – Thacka Beck Field, Pategill
(Behind Penrith Hospital)
Friday 7th August – Fairhill Playing Field, Townhead
(At the top of Salkeld Road)
Friday 14th August – Castletown REC
(Bottom of Mill Street)
What’s On
The 2026 programme includes a wide range of free entertainment and activities for all ages, including:
- Live music and performances
- Arts and crafts activities
Bus Services
- Bus services 104, 508 and 509 will pick up and drop off on Meeting House Lane
- X5 services will pick up and drop off at Penrith Rail Station
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and check service information before travelling.
